I mentioned before in a blog I posted on Peacespan.ning.com that establishing a shiny on the outside, rotten on the inside oppresive, fascist, slowly but surely eroding my human rights away-type of government a la George Orwell's 1984 may be the driving impetus behind Obama's "push" for peace. I don't know, but it do know it make no sense for a man that is gung-ho on continuing the murdering and slaughtering of Iraqi, Afghani and Pakistani civilians and maybe just a few "terrorists", who are living in their own country by the way, with his three wars in the Middle East while preaching peace to Israel and Palestine is just like a drunk preaching abstinence. Is Obama's hand forced to carry on these wars by the people who run the military industrial complex who threaten that they will carry out another 911 style attack on our country? more home grown terrorism sold as the middle eastern imported brand? I really have no idea, but I repeat, it makes no sense for a man who is and has for quite awhile been vociferous about carrying on war-mongering in the Middle East, Afghanistan is his own little private special favorite war :-) How Pleasant, huh? He's got a cute litle war all to his own he can say he "made happen". Fucking wonderfull! and then there's the bombing of wedding parties in Pakistan, every American President's gotta blast away at least a wedding party or two right? and then "apologize" for blowing them up so that people can smile and say, "Yeah, you know, those people attending a wedding in Pakistan were blown up, but, it's okay, because they were blown up the Smilin' Friendly Obama Way! See? and that's okay :-)!!" Yipee! Honestly, as grisly as the possibility is and it is a realistic possibility, that Obama's hand is being forced into making these wars on Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan by the leaders of the military industrial complex, like Cheney, for instance, I almost wish that were the case, because I'd hate to think Obama was as evil and stupid a man to want to war on his brothers and sisters in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan when it is absolutely not neccesary. I would hate to think he was that evil and stupid, but I don't know. It's possible. Oh, man I'm thinking too much about this shit. I'm moving on to something else.
